Beauty tips khaas aapke liye (part 4)

Jab hataana ho kajal-

 Aap jaldi me hain toh chehre ko facewash se dhoye aur aankho ke neeche sabun ke jhaag se mal kar dhoye. Iske alava aap scrub ka bhi prayog kar ke kajal ko chuda sakti hain. Aankho   ke neeche vesline lagaaye aur fir kajal ko cotton se saaf kar le. Kajal churdana ho toh chehre par cleansing milk laga kar chehre aur aankho ke aas paas massage kijiye . Kajal bhi saaf ho jaayega aur chehra bhi.

Honth banaye mulayam-

 Nariyal ka tel ya dudh hothon ko nami pradaan karne ke liye bahut achche hote hain. Aapne hontho ko nam rakhne ke liye inhe lagaaye aur honth ko fatne se bachaye. Kai lip baam me glycerin shamil rahta hain. Yah twacha ko nami deta hain aur use komal banaata hain. Isse aapke honth gulaabi dikhenge. Sardiyo me hothon par butter lagaaye. Raat ko sone se pahle isse hothon ko massage kare. Isse aapke honth dekhne me sunder lagege.

Kohni ghutne rakhe saaf-

Aksar aisa hota hain ki aapke haathon aur pairo ki kohni aapke natural colour se bahut jyaada dark rahti hain. Jyadaatar log issi se pareshaan rahte hain. Isko sahi karne ke liye aap kheere ka juice aur aaloo ka juice le. Ise mix karke apni kohni aur ghutno par5 minute tak massage kare. Raat bhar sukhne de. Yah rozaana kare aapke ghutne aur kohni pahle se jyaada saaf aur mulayam lagenge.

Namak ke paani se nahaane se twacha se jahrile tatv bahar niklte hain. Garm pani twacha ke rom chhidro ko kholta hain. Isse minerals twacha ke ander jakar gahrai tak safaai karte hain. Namak ka paani jahrile aur nuksaankari padrtho aur bacteria ko twacha se bahar nikaalta hain aur isse jawan banata hain. Niymit rup se namak ke paani se nahaane se daag aur jhuriya kam hoti hain.
