Exercise karne se twacha ka dheelapan aur jhuriya ko kam karne me madad milti hain. Kyunki exercise twacha ki kasavat ko baekarar rakhne wale protein colejen ki matra ko sharir me badaata hain. Isse twacha swasth najar aati hain. Iske alaava exercise se sharir ki masals tonup hoti hain. Jisse twacha me kasaav aata hain.
Hume aksar yah lagta hain ki exercise se kewal sharir ko hi fayda milta hain, jabki sacchai yah hain ki yah sehat aur sundarta dono ke liye barabar faydemand hota hain. Agar aapki sehat fit rahegi tab hi aap fit rahenge.
