Garmiyo me bhi rakhe apni skin ka khyaal iss tarah

Hum jaante hain ki garmiyo ka mausam ab shuru  hone laga hain. Jab hume garmi lagti hain toh hume pasina aata hain aur kahi bahar jaao toh sun stroke ki problem jiske karan humaari skin suffer karti hain iske liye aap yadi thakaan mahsus kar rahe garmi ke karan suffocation mahsus ho raha hain toh pani ke chhiton se aapko taajgi mahsus hogi. Refreshment bhi
Ek bottel me aap thoda sa colin ya parfume ki thodi si bundo ko lekar aap adhik matra pani ke saath use mila de. Spray bottel ki tarah isse istemaal kar aap refresh ho sakte hain.

Thandak paane ke upaay
1)Pisi hui chandan tulsi gulaab jaisi cheeje  lagaane se garmi se rahat milegi. Dhup se aane ke kuch der baad multaani mitti aur chandan powder lagaai ja sakti hain. Isse thandak milegi.

2)Dhaniya ko pani me bhigo le. Ise masal le. Chaankar isme thodi shakkar mila le. ise garmi me peene se rahat milegi.

3)Pudina me praktrik rup se pipaemint  hain. Yeh garmi me bahut laabhkari hain.

4)Bel ka sharbat banakar piya jaaye. yah garmi ke liye laabhdayak hain.
