Baalo ki chamak badaane ke liye yeh khaaye

Khubsurat ghane baal chahti hain toh kuch cheeze apne khaane me shaamil kare, na keval aapke baal khush honge, balki aapke naakhun bhi aapko shukriya kahenge. Asal me dono hi kiretin se bane hote hote hain aur inki sahi badat ke liye sahi poushan khaane me shaamil karna jaruri hain.

Bahut se shoudh sabit kar chuke hain ki iron zink, biotin aur protin ki kami se baal jhadne lagte hain. Iron ki kami se naakhun bhi kamjor hokar tutne lagte hain isliye aap aisa khaana chune, jinme yeh sari cheeze bharpur matra me ho. Aise me dudh kaam ka sabit ho sakta hain. Dudh protin, iron, calcium, vitamin d aur biotinse bharpur hota hain, jo baalo ko mulayam aur majbut banaate hain.

Palak aur anay hari sabjiyaa vitamin c aur A se bharpur hoti hain. Yeh dono colejen ke utpaadan me mahatvpurn bhumikaa nibhaate hain. Colejan khun ki naliyo ke nirmaan aur unki majbuti me sahayak hota hain. Vitamin C iron ke avsoushan me mahatvpurn bhumika nibhaata hain aur vitamin A baalon ki lambai badaane me madad karta hain. Vitamin C sir ki twacha ki sehat bhi banaaye rakhta hain.

Gajar, kaddu aur shalarkand khaane se naakhun aur baalo me chamak aati hain.
Yeh antioxidents beetacarotin se bharpur hote hain, aur swasth twacha ka nirmaan karta hain. Inhe khaaiye, aapke naakhun kabhi nahi tuteange.

Pani
 Sharir me pani ki matra baalo aur naakhuno ke liye bhi utni hi mahatvpurn hain. Din me kam se kam 8 gilaas pani peeye, aapka sharir bhi swasth rahega. Iske alaava pani saare poushak tatvo ko naakhun aur baalo ki jhado tak le jaane me madad karta hain.
