Sehat ko rakhe aise fit

Agar aapki sehat hi fit nhi rahegi toh aapka kisi kaam me man nahi lagega isliye aapko apni dincharya me badlaav karne ki vishesh jarurat hain toh aaiye hum aapko bataate hain ki kaise aap apneaapko fit  rakh sakti hain.

1)Fiber yukt breakfast kare-
Subah ki shruaat agar aap fiber yukt breakfast se karte hain toh yah sharir ke liye faydemand hota hain. Kelori yukt naashte ko jitna ho sake avoid kare. Uski jagah oats, cornflakes aur malai rahit dudh piye. Fruits jaise seb, annar, strawberry aadi khaaye.

2)30 minute ki chahalkadmi-
Ho sake toh subah-shaam 30 minute ki walk jarur kare. Isse khaana toh pachta hi hain saath hi aapke pair ki maanspeshiya bhi swasth rahti hain isliye 30 minute rojaana tahle.

3)Yogabhayaas kare jarur-
Yog jaha aapke sharir ko swasth rakhta hain wahi yah chit ko bhi shant rakhta hain. Vibhinn yogasan, praanayan aadi sharir ko chust banaaye rakhte hain saath hi sharir ki atirikt kelori ko bhi khatm karte hain.

Kai baar aisa hota hain hame bhukh lagi hoti hain aur khaane ka man nhi karta, toh jaruri hain ki ek baar aap doctor se salaah jarur le aur saath hi aapko apni diet me bhi thoda badlaav karne ki jarurat hoti hain.
